flake painted at GM Design Division.The mileage is 28,000 and is documented as this car was purchased from the original owners estate sale and the oil changes and service work with stated mileage on the invoices.The original owner worked for GM as head accountant and must have been close to Bill Mitchell as Bill was the one that instructed that the car go to him instead of being destroyed like most promo cars.The car was purchased from his estate sale July 2004 and his name on the title and registration until 1977 when he must have quit driving it daily.It is a piece of Pontiac automotive history.This car is also known as the John Player Special.The car is personally signed buy John Schinella on the center console and core support as the photos document.(John was appointed head of Trans Am design by Bill Mitchell in 1971) The links are pictures of the car at the 1974 Chicago Auto Show and history.The car is titled as a 73'Trans Am and is equipped with a 74' Super Duty 455 and
